When you tap the coloured strip at the top of your business page and the edit business page, it will bring you to the edit page for your business. When you are on your edit business page and tap this strip, it will bring you back to your business page.
There are four different statuses. These include pending(yellow), active(green) , disabled (grey) and deactivated (black).
Pending(default status). Your page will automatically be set to pending. This means that there is not enough information for customers to view your page. Certain information such as your video thumbnail, your video, your business information and category are all necessary to set your page to active.
You will know if edit sections have been sufficiently completed once you see a green check mark next to the title of each section.
Active: your page is currently live and viewable to the public.
Disabled. This could be because we've gotten a lot of customer reports about inaccurate information on your page, because your content doesn't comply with our guidelines, or because there are technical problems with your account.
Deactivated. Your page may be set to deactivated if the owner of the page no longer has an account on our platform. If this is the case, feel free to contact us to transfer ownership of your page to another account assuming the owner is not you. Your page may also be set to deactivated if the page owner fails to act on any complaints regarding their page.
