Reviewing your video

Log in to the platform via the website dashboard or through the email you received.

Check the email for information about how many reviews you have remaining and any notes from an editor if it's not your first review.

Use the verification code provided in the email or dashboard to log in.

Click on 'Get Started' on the email or 'Go to Reviews' on the dashboard and enter the code provided to access your video review page.

Once logged in, your video will be displayed to the right of the screen on desktop or at the top on mobile.

Once logged in, your video will be displayed to the right of the screen on desktop or at the top on mobile. You will also see two options: one to add some notes or feedback, and another to approve their video. Approve video means you are happy with the current result and are ready to receive the product.

Watch your video and pause it when you want to add a note.

Click on 'Add Note' to open the dialogue box.

Enter the number currently displayed on the video into the 'Video Number' field.

Enter your feedback in the 'Notes' field.

Repeat steps 1-5 for each note you want to add.

If you need to make changes, select the edit icon to the right of the note.

Once you are happy with your notes and any Add-Ons, press 'Submit' towards the top of the notes page.

This will end the session, and notes will no longer be able to be added until we have finished with the submitted changes.
